My name is Jay Andrews and I'm a percussionist, producer and Yoga / Meditation teacher from Toronto, Canada. As a long time touring musician, and Naad Yogi, I love to infuse my practices with rhythm and sound. My music is a combination of my backgrounds and is written and performed for movement and breath practices. I pay homage to all my teachers and the lineages from which I have studied.
